We build walls, single sided, double sided,
straight and curved, as well as rounds, squares, rectangles, triangles,
y-shapes, indoor and outdoor stand-alone structures and Columbaria
gardens.
Every Columbarium is assembled on site and
includes our engineered aluminum niche interiors with our patented
security and vandalism protection system.
Our non-deteriorating structures are very cost
effective requiring zero on-going maintenance.

KMI QUALITY CHECKLIST
GRANITE
- base to be 6" thick granite
- roof to be 4" thick granite
- every system is “specific build” engineered
- structural columns to be engineered solid granite (no cladding)
- options available to fit your budget
- system is engineered to hold the weight of “feature” on top of
structure
DOORS/SHUTTERS/NICHE FRONT
- each granite door to be 11.8125" x
11.8125"
by .75" thick
- all doors are to be totally interchangeable within the structure
- spare doors are provided.
SECURITY
Interior Security Doors:
- made of marine grade, powder-coated aluminum
- attached with tamper-proof stainless steel
screws
- fit flush against niche to form a dust and insect proof seal
- fit flush against the outer granite door to give support against
breakage due to vandalism
Exterior Doors:
- held in place with rosettes and tamperproof screws
- hidden fasteners will not be accepted as they tend to deteriorate
over time
ADDITIONAL ITEMS
- aluminum “skeleton” to be marine
grade aluminum
- granite trim to be employed around perimeter
of niche banks (this trim is .75" thick to match the doors
exactly)
- interior of niches shall be designed to alleviate condensation
problems
- no concrete or structural glues are to be employed
- opening and closing needs to be easy to operate in all weather
conditions
- niches to be 12" x 12" x 12" deep; with
option for various other sizes to meet market demand.
